Heather is a Registered Kinesiologist and an active member of the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and Ontario Kinesiology Association. She completed her Honour's Bachelor Degree and Graduate Diploma in Professional Kinesiology at Lakehead University. 

Heather has worked in a variety of disciplines including senior’s wellness, athletic therapy, work hardening, and ergonomics. Her passion is to help people achieve healthy active living and independence throughout every stage of life.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys going on hiking, camping, and canoeing adventures, as well as doing puzzles and reading.
