About
Adam is a physiotherapist and outdoor enthusiast at the Squamish Garibaldi Lifemark.
He completed his Master’s in Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. Following that, he has worked in clinic management in Vancouver, as well as completed further training in concussion rehabilitation, running rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, functional dry needling (IMS), treatment of referred neck pain, best practice shoulder rehab, management of the functional fitness athlete, and orthopedic manual therapy.
He is a published author of research regarding knee osteoarthritis. In addition, Adam has worked with many athletes, and has volunteered his time in charity basketball, boxing and soccer tournaments, and was involved with concussion baseline work with the Canadian Freestyle Ski Team as well as Surrey Minor Lacrosse. His approach to treatment is specific for the person – using hands-on intervention as needed, movement analysis and retraining, and injury specific exercises. Adam wants to get you back to moving pain free and doing what you love!
When not working, Adam can be found playing hockey, skiing, biking, kayaking, hiking and trail running with Penny the dog.
