Aidan completed his degree in Health and Exercises Sciences with a minor in Psychology at the University of British Columbia Okanagan. While at school, he was a student athlete for the UBCO Heat soccer team and led them as captain in his final year. Growing up in Russell, Ontario, Aidan played every sport he could before focusing on soccer and moved out to Kelowna to continue his career. 

He strongly believes in exercise as medicine and wants all his patients back to good health as soon as possible. With hard work and patience, your body can adapt and grow to do amazing things!

In his free time, Aidan is an avid golfer, hiker and runner, and he loves life out in the Okanagan.
