About
Amanda has been working at the Regina Sports & Physiotherapy Clinic since 2012. She has served as the Primary Services Manager at the clinic since 2017. She obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Saskatchewan in 2010 and went on to complete her Master of Physical Therapy in 2012.
Since her graduation, she has taken numerous courses to further her education. She received her Diploma for Advanced Orthopedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy Level Two (Upper and Lower Quadrant). She is certified in the Mulligan Concept (Upper and Lower. She received a certificate from the McKenzie Institute Part A for treatment of the Lumbar Spine, is trained in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and has completed Mobilization of the Nervous System through the NOI Group. She is also certified in Vestibular Therapy, receiving her initial certification from the American Institute of Balance and has taken subsequent courses from the Dizziness and Balance Rehabilitation Clinic. More recently, she has focused on taking courses to further her education in management of persistent pain.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys camping, fishing and spending time outdoors with her family.
