Anusha completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, India. She graduated with honors from the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Georgian College, Barrie, ON. She has certifications in Introduction to Acupuncture/Dry Needling and Pelvic Floor, and hopes to achieve more certifications to help a wide range of clients. 

Anusha uses a comprehensive and evidence-based approach through the integration of manual therapy, specific exercise prescription and education to develop individualized treatment programs that support clients in achieving their personal goals. She has a keen interest in orthopaedic conditions, pain management, ergonomics, and pre- and post-operative rehab. 

Outside of work, Anusha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, mainly engaging with her little one. She loves reading, cooking and going for walks.
