Arpan completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar (India) in 2019. After moving to Canada, she obtained her physiotherapy license, working at a clinic in Winnipeg for over a year.

Arpan employs a variety of techniques including manual therapy, exercise, modalities, and patient education to assist in managing and recovering from injuries. She believes that patient education on pain and self-management techniques is crucial to improving her patients' quality of life.

Passionate about her profession, Arpan is dedicated to helping people in pain by identifying the root causes and working to maximize their quality of life. She believes in staying active and pursuing lifelong learning to provide her clients with the best possible care. 

Arpan is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
