Arvin is a Kinesiologist with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. With experience in a back and spine rehabilitation clinic and as a personal trainer, Arvin combines rehabilitation expertise with fitness performance to help clients optimize movement, prevent injury, and achieve their goals. He is passionate about providing evidence-based, client-centered care to support long-term health and well-being.
