In 2005, Asma graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Physiotherapy. She then completed her Master of Advance upper extremity Rehabilitation (MCISc) from Western University in London, Ontario in 2023. 

Since graduation, Asma has worked in private practice with particular interest in hand and upper extremity as well as worked as a sport physiotherapist for her local community. 

After post-graduate studies, Asma got certified in dry needling and functional capacity evaluations. She is now planning to take her CHT exam with a fellowship in hand therapy. 

She is all about building relationships with her patients and team. Asma believes in client-centered care and goal-oriented rehabilitation. She sees great value in taking time to educate her clients about their problems and the reasoning behind their presentations. Her philosophy is to find and treat the cause while respecting the symptoms to prevent future injuries.

Asma currently holds special interests and experience in treating hand, wrist, and upper extremity conditions with efficiency. 

Outside of the clinic, Asma likes running and participating in events.
