Caelin graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of McMaster in 2023. Driven by her experiences as a physiotherapy patient, she has dedicated her professional career to help others work towards a life filled with movement and health, free of pain and discomfort. 

Caelin has been supporting various clinics as a physiotherapy and occupational therapy assistant since the beginning of her studies, using her prior experience as a motivation to continue to refine her skills as a PTA. Since 2017, Caelin has been a certified first-aid healthcare practitioner. She uses her experience as a PTA and first-aid provider to ensure that she provides effective exercise and health rehabilitation to every one of her patients. 


Caelin is passionate about keeping herself active and moving, she spends a lot of her free time strength training and discovering ways to exercise to accommodate any level of skill and functionality.
