Caprella graduated from Medix College of Healthcare and registered with the CMTO in 2022. She worked as a Physiotherapist Assistant for over four years before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. Her previous experience allowed her to work with clients with various conditions and of different ages and backgrounds whom she has helped to enjoy a better quality of life. She specializes in Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, stretching and the prevention component of massage therapy by providing remedial exercises and education. Her approach ensures that each session suits a client’s needs and preferences. Her main objective is to help clients achieve their goals and help them achieve optimal health.
