Catherine Roe is a dedicated and experienced Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a robust background in Allied Health Sciences and Massage Therapy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in allied health sciences from Ontario Tech University and a Massage Therapy Diploma from Durham College. Catherine's educational foundation is complemented by her extensive hands-on experience in providing therapeutic massage, focusing on enhancing clients' physical and mental well-being.

In addition to her clinical practice, Catherine volunteers with the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO). As a member of the Board of Directors and a community-based network coordinator, she is committed to advancing the profession, advocating for RMTs, and fostering community connections. Her leadership and collaborative efforts within RMTAO reflect her passion for professional development and her dedication to promoting the highest standards of care in massage therapy.

Catherine enjoys spending time at the waterfront with her children and hiking with her Aussie-doodle in local conservation areas.
