About
Danielle was born and raised in Calgary. She is fluent in both French and English, having spoken both languages growing up. Danielle left Calgary to complete her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at Saint Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia. After taking a year off to travel, she completed her Master’s in Physiotherapy at Brunel University London in England.
She works hard to help her patients reach their goals through education, manual therapy, and individualized exercise programs. Danielle is passionate about a collaborate treatment approach. She has worked with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and has experience working with populations ranging from pediatrics to seniors. She has training in numerous fields including neuro, spinal cord rehab, postoperative rehab, cardiac rehab and scoliosis treatment. In addition, Danielle works with the Banff Sport Medicine team of Orthopedic Surgeons, tasked with functional testing post-operatively for ACL and MPFL surgeries.
Danielle grew up playing ringette competitively as well as equestrian riding recreationally. She continues to be passionate about animals and sports, leading to a special interest in equine therapy. She enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and travelling in her spare time.
