David holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Physical Education from the University of Toronto, establishing a solid foundation in exercise physiology. As a Registered Kinesiologist, he excels in assessing, prescribing, and implementing tailored exercise programs to optimize physical health and performance. 

Beyond his professional endeavors, David is passionate about promoting health and fitness, maintaining an active lifestyle, and sharing his enthusiasm with others. 

Outside of work, he spends his spare time working out in the gym and playing sports with family and friends to uphold a positive and healthy lifestyle.
