Emily graduated from McGill University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology and went on to complete her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2024. As a physiotherapy student, Emily completed a 6-week clinical placement at Portland St. Lifemark and is excited to transition into her residency position at the clinic.

Throughout her education, Emily pursued additional post-graduate courses in pelvic health, completing Pelvic Health Levels 1 and 2. She is dedicated to ongoing professional development and plans to further enhance her skills in pelvic health, manual therapy, and functional dry needling through future courses.

Emily’s treatment approach is rooted in exercise and education, with a strong focus on helping clients achieve their personal health and wellness goals. She is passionate about empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to improve their physical well-being and quality of life.

Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys staying active by working out at the gym, swimming, and playing squash with friends. She also loves experimenting with new recipes and reading a good book. Emily is always happy to receive recipe or book recommendations from others!
