About

Erin has a long-standing passion for neuroscience and mental health. She completed an Undergraduate Degree in Life Sciences, specializing in Neuroscience, at Queen’s University, where she also played on the Varsity Women’s Soccer Team.

She later pursued a Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto. She gained experience in acute and rehabilitation services and older adult and concussion programs. Erin also spent two months in Sweden, where she explored diverse healthcare approaches and developed strategies for enhancing holistic, meaningful therapy modalities.

As an Occupational Therapist, Erin helps individuals navigate the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual components that may impact motivation and recovery. She provides tailored resources and recommendations to promote independence and well-being in the community. Erin strongly believes in a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy through reflection, task breakdown and education. Factors addressed include pain, sleep disturbances, anxiety, low motivation, and confusion to help return to meaningful roles and routines.

With Erin as your Occupational Therapist, you can expect a validating and individualized approach, ensuring that all aspects of your life are taken into consideration as you work towards your meaningful goals.

Outside of her professional life, Erin enjoys activities that relax the mind and engage the body. She enjoys baking, reading, playing volleyball, and avidly follows professional sports, particularly hockey and soccer.
