Harshit Ratan is a physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic floor physiotherapy, providing care for both men and women. She graduated from McMaster University in 2021 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. She also graduated from McMaster University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Harshit has completed Level 1,2, and 3 Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy training from Pelvic Health Solutions. She utilizes patient education, exercise programs, and manual therapy techniques to help her patients achieve their goals. She strives to empower her patients to improve their function and ultimately have the best outcomes.
