Howard is a registered Chinese medicine practitioner and registered acupuncturist. He studied for master degree of Chinese medicine in Guangzhou and Hong Kong.

Acupuncture is about maintaining balance in the human body. To balance Qi and blood, acupuncture is used in conjunction with acupuncture points on the meridians to stimulate the body's self-repair.

He specializes in using traditional techniques like acupuncture, cupping, and moxibustion to address both internal conditions (such as spleen, stomach, and large intestine disorders) and external conditions (including pain, muscle injuries, and stroke aftereffects).
