Ivie is an internationally trained physiotherapist with expertise in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and holistic patient care. She earned her Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physiotherapy (BMR PT) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nigeria, in 2009. Ivie moved to Canada in 2019 and worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) in Ottawa before joining Lifemark Physiotherapy Saint John in 2023, where she gained further experience while completing her Canadian credentials. She has also pursued additional training in manual therapy, the McKenzie and Mulligan methods equipping her with a broad range of techniques to support her clients effectively.

She is passionate about patient education and empowering individuals to take charge of their recovery. She is committed to staying current with the latest advancements in physiotherapy, ensuring her clients receive the best evidence-based care. She takes the time to explain conditions clearly and provides practical tools to help clients manage their health and prevent future injuries. Ivie’s goal is to help her clients regain confidence in their abilities, restore physical function, and achieve their personal milestones, whether it’s returning to daily activities or improving overall well-being.

In her free time, Ivie enjoys spending time with her family and dog, as well as baking and cooking.
