Jen spent the first 21 years growing up in Montreal as an avid athlete. 

Jen made the leap to Vancouver and spent several years doing all kinds of fun things like lifegaurding the beaches, coaching and enjoying the Vancouver culture. The best part was meeting her Husband and having their family. Then we moved our family to Calgary and spent 26 yrs geting into all kinds of things there. Jen and her husband have now landed in the beautiful Annapolis Valley that they now call home. She has participated competitivly  in many sports her entire life. She is also an nccp 3 candidate coach since 1998.

As an MH Vicars graduate Jen has been massaging since 2007 and continues to follow her passion to help people be there best.

She has many tools in her toolbox including TMJ, swedish, guasha, rapid, deep tissue, taping, cupping, to name a few.
