Jeri-lynn graduated from the University of Western with her physiotherapy degree and also has a BSc. Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. She completed her FCAMPT designation in 2011 which means that she has completed post-graduate education and attained internationally-recognized qualifications in hands-on therapy. She has qualifications in acupuncture, Dry Needling (IDN), manual therapy and fascial courses and enjoys lifelong learning and tries to take courses that will help her treat her clients. She uses manual therapy, needling, and therapeutic exercises to treat her clients.

In her spare time, Jeri-lynn loves traveling and discovering the area where she moves to with her husband and son and checking off her bucket list. She also loves a good book or movie, volunteering in the area to give back, walking and being a hockey parent.
