Julia graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Kinesiology with a minor in nutrition and rehab sciences. Julia has a passion for physical activity, nature, and food. Her athletic background in gymnastics, cheerleading and fitness encouraged her direction into the health and wellness field. Julia has clinical co-operative education and volunteer experience as a PTA. She is First aid and CPR certified and loves to continue learning.
