About

Kaitlin is a graduate from the five-year manual osteopathic program at the Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques (2022) and from the University of Regina's Human Kinetics Kinesiology program (2017). With over 8 years of experience working in a clinical setting, she is thrilled to be providing osteopathic care to the people of Fall River and surrounding communities.

Osteopathy is a holistic manual therapy that focuses on helping facilitate balance throughout all body systems and structures by finding and treating the root causes of dysfunctions. Kaitlin treats the body as a functional unit that comprises many parts that all need to function cohesively in order to optimize health and wellbeing. A thorough understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics is essential in treating the entirety of a person.

Through her individualized treatments, Kaitlin will perform myofascial and soft tissue techniques, gentle joint mobilizations, cranial sacral techniques, osteo-articular adjustments, muscle energy techniques, fluidic work, and fascial visceral manipulation.

Kaitlin is committed to ongoing continuing education opportunities and has a special interest in treating pre and post-partum women and babies, after having recently become a new mother herself.

In her spare time, you can find Kaitlin enjoying the great outdoors with her golden retriever, Lennon, & visiting local hot spots in Dartmouth, where she lives with her husband, Nick, and son, Oliver.
