Lauren graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2024 from the University of Saskatchewan. In 2022, she completed her Bachelor of Arts and Science in Health Studies with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan.

Lauren takes a patient-centred approach to rehabilitation through empowering her patients to take an active role in their recovery and tailoring a unique, holistic treatment plan for them. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and varying injuries to help them achieve their rehab goals and improve their quality of life.

In her free time, Lauren plays competitive ringette and fastpitch, enjoys working out, travelling, and spending time with her partner, friends, and family.
