She is also a Biomagnetic Therapist and practice instructor with 24 years of experience. Her interest in therapy and art led her to pursue training in therapeutic storytelling at Emerson College in the U.K. Mera has conducted workshops and shared her work in several countries, including Spain (Bilbao, Madrid, and the Canary Islands), England, Mexico City, French Polynesia, and the United States. Additionally, she is a songwriter and animal rescuer.
