Mathew has been practicing registered massage therapy in the Kingston area for over 10 years. During this time, he has treated everything form general relaxation to professional athletes. 

He has training in pre- and post-natal massage, Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger-point therapy, and deep tissue massage. 

In his spare time, Mathew is an avid outdoorsman.
