Randy is a Registered Kinesiologist licensed to practice with the College of Kinesiologists in Ontario (COKO).

He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science from McMaster University’s Kinesiology program.

At Lifemark Health Group, Randy is in the gym with clients to help them reach their functional and personal goals with exercise. While working with clients, he creates individualized exercise programs, provides coaching, and providing functional assessments.

In his spare time, Randy enjoys going to the gym, spending time with his wife, friends, and family, playing volleyball, and taking care of his cat Yuji.
