Shivani graduated with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion and Massage Therapy from Humber College.

She specializes in sports therapy, prenatal/postnatal massage, neurological conditions, in addition to treatment of migraines and tension headaches.

She is able to provide individualized treatments to both athletes and the general population, to improve their overall performance, recovery, and quality of life.

She helps her clients reach their goals by implementing various manual techniques, focusing on Swedish massage, deep tissue, joint mobilization, trigger point/fascial release, frictions and remedial exercise.
