Starting with Lifemark in 2022, Simran convocated with a Bachelor of Sciences (Kinesiology) at Simon Fraser University. She is an active member with the BC Association of Kinesiologists, and has completed additional post-graduate coursework in advanced exercise prescription.

Simran particularly enjoys working with patients to identify customized exercises that will help propel them towards their functional goals. She believes that clear communication and intentional activity planning are the keys to making a difference in the journey through recovery. As a core clinician on our specialty occupational rehabilitation team, Simran excels at selecting foundational exercises for return to work readiness, implementing job-specific work simulations, and coordinating successful graduated return to work plans. In her other roles, she has assisted countless patients with resuming or advancing recreational activities, caregiving roles, household tasks, and other activities of daily living.

When not in the clinic, you may find Simran enjoying the great outdoors, or sampling the best ice cream BC has to offer.
