Sonia is a Registered Physiotherapist, graduated from Amity University in Noida, India, in 2015.

She has extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions, and post surgical; as well as managing neurological conditions. She has extensive experience working with sports injuries.

She holds certifications in manual therapy and McConnell taping from Deepak Kumar Capri institute in New Delhi, India.

Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music, dancing and watching Bollywood and animation movies. She is passionate about maintaining a positive and healthy lifestyle.
