Sophie recently completed her studies at Sir Stanford Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario, 2024. She is a honours graduate who is registered with the CMTO. As a Registered Massage Therapist, her areas of therapeutic interest include TMJ, myofascial release and prenatal/ infant massage. Her skills include a broad range of Swedish and deep tissue methods. 

Sophie grew up in Wasaga Beach and is passionate about helping clients improve their well-being. Whether it's accelerating the healing process after a musculoskeletal injury, assisting you in meeting your functional goals, managing acute and chronic pain, or for simply relaxation. 

Sophie enjoys spending her free time with her family, friends, and dogs hiking the trails in Collingwood.
