Sydney graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy degree from McMaster University in 2023 after completing an Honours Bachelor in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2019.

Her experience as a varsity field hockey athlete throughout university has led to a passion for remaining active in life, and she has gained personal experience with various injuries.

Sydney enjoys many forms of exercise including weight-lifting, intramural sports, hiking, running and bouldering, and is always looking to try new activities. In her spare time, she likes to hang out with her dogs, watch live sports and travel.
