Tagyn completed a degree in physical education before taking her massage therapy training through Mount Royal College. She has enjoyed working at Lifemark for over 20 years. Meeting people, treating a wide variety of issues and problems and making people feel better make the job very fulfilling.

Tagyn has taken advanced training in myofascial release, myofascial cupping, sport massage, prenatal massage and deep-tissue massage. She is able to assess, treat and make follow-up recommendations for all of her patients.

When not at work, Tagyn enjoys helping to coach her daughter’s teams in ringette and lacrosse. She also loves to run, play pickleball and spend time with her husband, kids and dogs.
