Triana's interest in the human body, otherwise known as the human machine, stems from her unique personal journey and lengthy rehabilitation. When she was young, she was involved in a motor vehicle accident prior to high school. Her personal rehab journey gave her the motivation and inspiration to further her education which enabled her to assist people in similar rehabilitation situations.   

She earned her BA at York University in Toronto Ontario; certified by the Ontario Kinesiology Association in 1996 and in turn was registered with the Ontario College of Kinesiologists in 2015. 

She began her career in Ergonomics-Health and Safety at Boeing Canada in both office & manufacturing. She brings a wealth of experience from programs such as Return to Work, Functional Design, workplace efficiency including fitness, health & wellness; specializing in seniors rehabilitation.   

Triana has two grown children and lives in Kinburn within the Ottawa Valley. She lives with her husband, two dogs, two pigs and her daughter's cat.
