Vanessa is a graduate of the Master of Occupational Therapy program at the University of British Columbia. She was born and raised in Kelowna and obtained her undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia Okanagan where she captained the varsity soccer team.

Vanessa specializes in cognitive and mental health rehabilitation, case management, and return-to-work programming. She has extensive experience providing occupational therapy services to individuals participating in the occupational rehabilitation programs. She has worked with a variety of populations including individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, developmental delay, traumatic injuries, and within the community setting.

Vanessa is a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists and the College or Occupational Therapists of British Columbia.

When not working, Vanessa likes spending her time outdoors with her husband and three children often camping, hiking, biking, snowboarding, travelling, or exploring wherever adventure exists!
