Annika received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with honours, from the University of Saskatchewan. She then completed her Master's of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. She enjoys working with her patients to achieve their functional goals through education, exercise prescription and hands on-care as needed. Annika is working towards completing her functional dry needling courses through Acupuncture Canada and hopes to add this to her practice as another tool to help patients reach their goals.

Outside of work you can find Annika hiking in the mountains with her dogs, rock climbing with friends, sewing and baking or spending time with family.
