Sarah is a physical therapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation (Physical Therapy). She went on to complete her Master of Science, Applied, Physical Therapy from McGill University. Since then, she has pursued continuing education through courses in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, in acupuncture with Acupuncture Canada, in cancer rehabilitation with the Canadian Cancer Rehabilitation and Education Institute, as well as courses on the shoulder complex. She has also become a member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and the Ordre professionel de la physiothérapie du Québec.

Sarah is passionate about helping others and believes that as a physical therapist it is her job to empower her patients. Her treatment approach therefore focuses on a combination of hands-on techniques, modalities, acupuncture, patient education and individualized home exercise programs. Sarah will gladly help you with any of your orthopaedic conditions whether you have experienced a work or sports-related accident, a motor vehicle accident, a chronic and overuse condition, etc.
