About
Stacey Anstey is a registered massage therapist with over 19 years of experience. She graduated from Western University with a BA Honours in kinesiology and psychology before completing the massage therapy program at Algonquin College in Ottawa in 2002. Stacey has been working at Lifemark in Grande Prairie since 2008, where she has taken additional training in areas such as head, neck and jaw injuries, myofascial cupping, Hot Stone massage, and nerve mobilizations.
Stacey is also an experienced clinical supervisor and instructor, having worked as a 3rd-year clinical supervisor at Algonquin College for 2 years and as a 2nd-year clinical instructor for orthopaedic assessments for 1 year. She is a member of the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA) since 2007 and currently serves on the competency committee.
Outside of work, Stacey enjoys spending time with her family, including her 12-year-old son who loves swimming and being outside. She also loves doing crafts and card making. A former gymnastics coach for 14 years, Stacey also taught trampoline, high wire, and trapeze at circus camp for two summers during university.
