Jenessa has been with Lifemark since 2013, graduating from the University of Saskatchewan with a Master of Physical Therapy in 2013 and a BSc. in Kinesiology, which she completed in 2010. She has also worked as a personal trainer, working with individuals of all ages.

Jenessa has played many sports throughout her life, with hockey being her main passion. Jenessa was a member of the silver medal winning team in the Senior Women’s National Invitational Championships in 2007. She continues to play hockey and is a proud fan of the Edmonton Oilers. As Jenessa maintains an active lifestyle, her main interest lies in orthopaedics and sports physiotherapy for all skill levels of athletes.

Jenessa has also been working in seniors health and enjoys branching out to all ages of individuals who require assistance to return to their previous levels of independence.

Jenessa has an interest in vestibular therapy and has training in assessing and treating clients who are experiencing problems with balance and dizziness. She strives to encourage individuality throughout recovery while providing hands-on care and patient support.
