Mary-Lou is a graduate of Dalhousie Univesity and has been working in the rehabilitation field since 1996. Mary-Lou works with clients individually to teach proper posture/body mechanics and exercise programs. She has the ability to inspire even the most sedentary clients to adapt an active lifestyle during and following their recovery process.

Mary-Lou is trained in functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic assessments, fitness assessments and return to work/fitness assessments. Mary-Lou is also a certified technician for drug and alcohol testing.
