Anja graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto in 2020.

She also achieved a graduate certificate in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management from Humber College in 2022. She is a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. 

Anja is also certified in Heart Wise Exercise training and in mental health first aid. 

Anja joined the Lifemark team in 2022. In her spare time, Anja enjoys reading, going out for walks/runs, and spending time with family and friends.
