About

Laura graduated from the Master of Occupational Therapy (OT) program at the University of British Columbia in 2011. She has worked with Lifemark since 2011, enjoying the supportive environment and variety of treatments to support her clients.

She sees OT as an opportunity to balance the art and science of treatment, using current research and best practices to guide decisions, and creative solutions such as splinting and sewing to discover new solutions. Her favourite part of each day is building a therapeutic connection with her clients to help them reach their goals. She enjoys the opportunity to work in many areas of OT including amputee rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, ergonomics, Senior’s Wellness, and cognitive ability evaluations.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys playing street hockey with her family.
