Emilie graduated Georgian College’s Accredited Massage Therapy Advanced Diploma Program in 2020. As a Registered Massage Therapist, she has a deep understanding of the nuances of therapeutic massage and its potential to enhance overall well-being. Her dedication to delivering tailored treatments that address the unique needs of each patient has always been the center of her approach. She is adept at utilizing a wide range of massage techniques, including Swedish, Fascial Techniques, Myofascial release, Trigger Point Therapy, Hydro Therapy, Remedial Exercise and more to achieve optimal results for her clients.

As an ex-athlete, she also understands the benefits of proper body mechanics for optimal performance. Any injury can be limiting, but with proper care, can be rehabilitated to improve movement by using evidence-based research. She is committed to continuous learning to refine her knowledge and skills for her clients needs.
