Brent was born and raised in Edmonton and graduated from University of Alberta with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to that, he completed an undergraduate degree in Ecology.  

He has always enjoyed an active lifestyle which includes hockey, biking, skateboarding and as a result had numerous injuries which is how he first became interested in physical therapy and the rehab process.  

He aims to provide a client centred approach to treatment with an emphasis on education, exercise, and hands on techniques. His goal is to provide the best evidenced based care and give clients the tools to self-manage their pain or injury so they can be successful outside of the clinic.  

When he's not in the clinic you’ll find him riding his bike around the city, skateboarding, walking his dog in the river valley and providing Oilers fan theories to anyone who will listen.
