Callista is a Registered Kinesiologist who graduated from the Master of Professional Kinesiology program at the University of Toronto with a concentration in Exercise as Medicine in 2023. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with major in Kinesiology at McGill University in 2020, where she completed internships focusing on strength and conditioning with several varsity teams.

Callista has since moved into the rehabilitation world and has experience working with acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, as well as the management of various chronic conditions. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities to get them back to doing what they love. Callista places a focus on holistic, patient centered care to help her clients meet their goals.

In her spare time, Callista enjoys going to local markets, travelling, and discovering new music.
