Julia is a dedicated and skilled Registered Kinesiologist with a passion for optimizing human movement and enhancing overall well-being.

Graduating from Brock University with a degree in Kinesiology, and Post-Graduate diploma from Humber College has since worked in a variety of settings, including private sports organizations coaching children and young adults in both hockey and golf achieving goals to develop strength targeted towards the sport.  

In her time at Lifemark, Julia applies a client-centered approach, leveraging evidence-based techniques to deliver effective and sustainable results. Beyond her technical expertise, Julia is known for her empathetic communication style and dedication to motivating clients towards their health goals. Whether working with athletes, workers, or individuals seeking to improve their quality of life, Julia is focused on fostering a supportive and encouraging environment for every client.

Outside of professional practice, Julia is an advocate for community health initiatives and enjoys going to the gym, playing golf and hockey with her family and friends in her spare time.
