Tara has always felt passionate about natural medicines and natural healing modalities. Growing up on a farm she learned to appreciate nature, learn the value of hard work and set her own goals

She followed her heart to Calgary after high school in the early 2000’s to pursue a massage therapy profession. She completed her 2200hr training at Foothills College of Massage Therapy in 2004. Throughout her massage career she has  taken additional education certifications and courses to combine with her formal education. Tara is registered with Natural Health Care Practitioners of Canada.

Her training includes Therapeutic, Prenatal, Aromatherapy, Swedish relaxation, Sports trigger point and Myofacia , CranioSacral Level 1. She recently completed the second degree of Reiki; Ushi Shiki Ryoho lineage.

She has always believed that she is a natural intuitive healer. In her spare time she is outside enjoying her love of nature and animals. She enjoys cooking  for her friends and taking care of people. She has love and compassion for everyone   and strives to make others feel their best.
