Ipsa is a Registered Kinesiologist and is licensed to practice with the College of Kinesiologists in Ontario (COKO). 

She has graduated from Brock University with a Masters in Kinesiology and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology (Honours) with First-Class standing. 

At Lifemark Health Group, Ipsa collaborates with clients of all ages in the gym to provide patient-centered care and personalized and targeted exercise routines. She also provides workplace functional assessments at the clinic.  

In her spare time, Ipsa enjoys painting, cooking, working out and spending time with her family dog, Mogli.
