Sara is a registered kinesiologist with a Masters in Sports Biomechanics and a Bachelors in Physical Education & Sport Science. Sara is Passionate about enhancing physical performance and improving quality of life, Sara specializes in strengthening exercises, clinical kinesiology, osteoarthritis management, and physical demands analysis.

She holds certifications in K-Taping Pro, K-Taping for Women’s Health, and Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE). A former coach and athlete for the Iran Women’s National Dragon Boat Team, Sara has earned multiple international medals and serves as a Technical Race Official for the IDBF and ICF, promoting inclusion and fair competition.

A member of the Alberta Kinesiology Association, Sara is committed to lifelong learning and plans to pursue osteopathy . In her free time, she enjoys family activities, running, swimming, and dragon boat racing.
