Michelle is a registered psychologist in the province of Alberta with over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Victoria and her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Michelle has extensive experience working with individuals, specializing in addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, including trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, pain, head injuries, sleep disorders, career issues, and return-to-work planning.
