Paige demonstrates her passion for Kinesiology with patients both in the gym and on-site at local workplaces. She is focused on the rehabilitation and enhancement of human movement through exercise after injury, for enhancing sport, or during recovery from a workplace accident.

She earned her Honour’s Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology degree at Trent University before becoming a Registered Kinesiologist and a member of the Ontario Kinesiologists Association.  

Away from work Paige enjoys reading, going to the gym, and spending time with family and friends.
